Cross-Functional Leadership Team Development
Problem:
Two leadership teams were experiencing challenges working together and these challenges were creating barriers to accomplishing critical strategic goals for the company.
Action:
Human Capital Architects partnered with the teams to, through a two-month facilitated process, identify current challenge and opportunities, develop insight into trust building behaviors between individuals and the teams when under pressure, define future state norms, and create an accountability plan for sustained behavior change.
Result:
The teams saw improvement in trust-building behaviors, clarified core roles and responsibilities, held each other accountable to new behaviors and norms and, as a result, made rapid progress toward achieving the company’s strategic goals.
