We then work to understand the causes of challenges and collect the data needed to develop an impactful path forward. In this stage, assessments may be used to gather focused, relevant, and actionable data.
INSIGHT
Reflect on Feedback & Design Solutions
In this stage of the coaching process, data collected will be used to gain insight into and establish an actionable path forward through active inquiry. Regular coaching sessions will provide ongoing opportunity for insight, actionable commitments, and follow-through.
IMPLEMENT
Track Results and Celebrate Successes
In this stage of the coaching process, the cumulative results of ongoing insights and actionable commitments are tracked and successes are celebrated. When engagement goals are reached, other goals and opportunities to increase impact can be assessed.
