Best-In-Class Onboarding Program
Problem:
The client had an opportunity to engage stakeholders across a large, decentralized company to identify common elements of onboarding across businesses, gaps, and opportunities to create a program to provide a “WOW!” new employee experience and seamlessly integrate new employees into the company.
Action:
Human Capital Architects partnered with the client and key stakeholders to define an onboarding process consisting of three stages of onboarding enterprise-wide with goals for each stage. We then developed both standardized and customizable content to align with each defined stage.
Result:
The company is able to provide a “WOW!” experience for new employees through their first nine months with the company and seamlessly transition them into the annual goals and performance cadence.
