IT Leadership Evolution
Problem:
The client had led the IT organization on a transformational journey for a year and had an opportunity to engage an external coach to assess the current state of the IT organization as compared to the goals of the transformation as well as administer and debrief 360 assessments with the global leadership team.
Action:
Human Capital Architects conducted current state interviews and 360 debriefs with each of the Sr. Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Directors and compiled a summary report of feedback, leadership strengths, and areas of opportunity as well as a roadmap forward with clear actionable steps.
Result:
Growth and development opportunities were identified across the IT Leadership Team and multiple newly promoted Vice Presidents engaged in Executive Coaching to continue the transformational journey of the organization.
