Problem:

The client had an opportunity to bring the entire Human Resources function together at an off-site event with the goal of identifying strengths across the team and working cross-functionally to redefine, centralize, standardize, and evolve processes globally.

Action:

Human Capital Architects partnered with the client and key stakeholders to define an agenda for the event that included the CliftonStrengths Assessment with a focus on channeling strengths to partner across the function, cross-functional team work on defining RASCIs for key global processes, and providing feedback across working groups. and executing on the new processes.

Result:

The Human Resources function continued to refine the RASCIs and implemented the new key annual processes to streamline, standardize, and optimize execution across regions.
