Front-Line Leadership Development Program
Problem:
The client had an opportunity to convene a cross-functional team of Human Resources professionals from across a highly decentralized organization to advise the development of the first of its kind leadership development program for front line leaders across the enterprise.
Action:
Human Capital Architects partnered with the cross-functional project team to coordinate an agile development process for eight instructor led modules that could be delivered virtually or in person and then partnered with module sub-teams to design and develop content to provide front line leaders with a foundation in leadership skills.
Result:
The company was able to hold train-the-trainer sessions for HR Business Partners across the enterprise to facilitate the content for their business areas and the first enterprise "Leadership Essentials" program was launched to provide a common foundation for leadership skills.
