Learning Architecture and Content Standardization

Problem:

The client needed to rapidly progress Learning and Development practices to the next level of maturity by aligning training requirements, content, and roles across businesses in addition to creating standardized processes and templates for learning content development and implementation.

Action:

Human Capital Architects partnered with the client and across stakeholder groups to define and develop a comprehensive Master Learning Architecture to clearly outline training requirements by role and inform content groupings and organizational taxonomy in the Learning Management System. We then evaluated the existing learning design, development, and implementation process for opportunities to streamline for rapid design and development using standardized templates.

Result:

The company is able to assign and accurately track completion of learning requirements by role as well as partner with subject matter experts to rapidly design, develop, and launch content across multiple modalities with a consistent process, look, and feel.
